the staff were generally helpful, that was acceptable.
the metal shutters outside my room banged open at 7am on both saturday and sunday. this was too early, i was hoping to get some more sleep. the room itself also felt quite small.

the room Felt smaller than expected. i wish THERE was a proper desk, not just a small table. the coffee at breakfast tasted quite weak. i had hoped for better quality, especially after paying for breakfast each day.
